Sunday Service

Mavis Holmes – Christian Chaplain Services

  • “My best friend, spouse and ministry partner, Curtis, was promoted to Glory November 23rd. He had a stroke in June, and was in home hospice for six months. I grieved daily. Curtis comforted  us and his prayers to the end were a blessing. I was so blessed to be a part of Curtis’ life and ministry with the Lord.”  –Mavis

Note:  one of our members and former elders, Bill James is part of the group who founded Christian Chaplain Services to reach prisoners with the Gospel.

Nathan Borntrager – Adventures in Missions

  • Nathan has accepted a role at Adventures in Missions headquarters in Georgia.  Nathan was in Cambodia most of last year until COVID-19 prevented being able to work with people there.  Pray for him as he looks for a local church and seeks to bless AIM and expand his role.  Part of investing in people is to be able to bless other churches and we’re glad to be doing that.  It does seem that some Georgia music team owes us.

  • We have a laptop available for this use and are giving away the old Office desktop PC with these specifications, 2.66 GHz, 2 GB RAM, Win XP license.  It was used by a very young little old lady who only drove it on Sundays (and weekdays), and never above 2.66 GHz.
