Dear Parker Hills Family,
In light of recommendations from healthcare professionals, our state governor, and other church leaders in our area, our elders have decided to cancel all meetings this coming Sunday, March 15th. This is an updated decision and obviously a change from our email yesterday. As of right now, we are canceling only this one Sunday, March 15th. We will reconsider as the situation develops and keep you informed. But for this weekend, worship with your families, stay well, and rejoice that we are all just as safe in God’s care today as we ever were!
We are encouraging all participants who are in high risk categories (older adults and those with underlying chronic medical conditions) to stay home as much as possible in order to reduce risk of exposure. If you fall into these categories:
- Several of our deacons and other church members are available and willing to run errands for you as needed. They can deliver groceries, pick up prescription medications, etc. If you would like this type of assistance, please notify Stefani Brakenhoff at [email protected] or 303-941-7833.
